Project start & preparation
Official project launch at all partner organisations
Creation of the Project Core Team (coordinator + one contact per partner)
Opening of shared digital spaces (eTwinning, shared drive)
Preparation of baseline student and teacher questionnaires (led by Türkiye, supported by NGO)

After the meeting (local):

Feedback sessions with non-travelling students in each school
Adaptation of agreed methods to local school contexts

November 2026

Local implementation & inclusion
Launch of local eco-art and climate activities in each school
Introduction of artistic, non-academic approaches to involve students with fewer opportunities
Teachers test first interdisciplinary activities (art + science + citizenship)

Online project meeting of the Core Team
Review of early participation (focus on inclusion rate ≥30%)
Fine-tuning of methods before the Türkiye workshop

Mixed international and local student groups
Public exhibition at host school
Post-activity questionnaires and reflection

After the mobility (local):
Transfer of tested methods into classrooms
Local exhibitions or presentations in partner schools
