W 2 TALKS RESULTS
1Priorities are : Creativity and Sciences but also transversal skills defined by EU. Nos principaux objectifs sont ceux décrits dans le pilier sciences humaines (créativité) d'une part, et dans le pilier "Biologie" et sciences, d'autre part, ainsi que l'acquisition des sept compétences de base que l'Europe a déterminées. . 2. Check points will be done by the International Coordinator in order to prepare reporting tasks and to survey the impacts. So national project holders will have to answer to some questionaires about Quality Control... The IC (Chef de Projet) must have most possible informations about what sort of activities all the teams are doing. So what, it is important our High Schools will do upload posts in the common blog as alerts to say to other ones the lectures, exhibitions, local field trips and studies the are carrying out or to show dissemination. TOOLS we need to familiarize ourselves with: mobility tool, by EU Google agenda Gantt chart Our blog E+A (Journal Officiel du partenariat) our public portal on line |

3. First mobility was difficult to implement at the end of 1st year 2017-2018 because of other current projects in France, Portugal and Romania and some important building works in Dobrich : only Blankenheim seemed able to welcome this short term exchange. German team was afraid it would be difficult to overcome all accomodation problems but does accept to organize this event from the 4th to the 8th of may (05.3/9) 4. Schools do agree to increase the number of young participants in dedicated mobilities - short term exchanges we use to call C mobilities (not only 3 students per school but 5 or 6 with the same money or using implementation funds)... Family hosting could be also a solution but some of us are against this way to overcome financial difficulties (to avoid any discrimination between families). From the project manager's point of view, family hosting is not a method to generalize because there was not a word on it in our candidacy form, and we have a transnational ambition (we are not supposed to promote only bilateral relationships). It seems we must be focused on transnational exchanges and we'll try to bring more than three pupils during study travels without using family hosting. But some of partners could organize a family hosting system as a supplement... |
