W3 TALKS RESULTS
1 We had a talk about what means a deadline and went back to the Gantt chart in order to remind ourselves what sort of works we are supposed to do together . Three activities are supposed to be finished : the first of the 3 field trips to do during first day a study about Green Revolution research on local animals (wildlife, agriculture, pets, myths) And a philosophical outlook must be impemented all along the first year Each school will have to survey one pedagogic goal (using dedicated pages in our blog to publish some lists of activities done by the five teams)... Doing that the local project holders will help the International Coordinator to do the Quality Control task he is supposed to manage and could also make proposals to apply one part of the common plan or to change or create a task.... It's a way for the Transnational Manager to share a part of the global leadership with the five local leaders (as long they want to make the job) On a rappelé l'utilité des dates butoirs et regardé ensemble le diagramme de Gantt joint au formulaire de candidature. Des études doivent être menées en parallèle dans les différentes écoles membres du partenariat et des tâches être effectuées (par exemple trois sorties de terrain locales sont programmées cetet année). Il faudra absolument accomplir ces objectifs ou bien être en situation d'expliquer pourquoi le plan initial a été amendé... Chaque école sera chargée particulièrement d'assurer la supervision d'un domaine d'activité et utilisera à cette fin la page dédiée insérér dans notre blog. De cette manière, les professeurs relais portant le projet dans chaque école secondaire et pilotant les équipes locales aideront directement et dans la limite de leur bonne volonté le chef de projet dans sa mission de contrôle Qualité. La gouvernance globale du partenariat en sera améliorée. |

2 Most difficult could be to implement a great capacity in ITC and video using by the students. Il's the reason why we do field trips before C1 and want the pupils to do video reports about, in order to ensure they will be able to make a transnational report in Germany in May. A workshop about montage will be done at Eifel Gesamtschule to help transnational teams to succed in the task we'll aaks them to do. A check up of our mobility planning was done and we had talks about video experts. Un délai est prévu entre la réalisation des films (tournage puis montage des rushes) et leur présentation "officielle" ce qui doit nous permetre d'ateindre nos objectifs, en mobilisant si nécessaire des experts. Chaque équipe a pressenti des personnalitrés. L'expert allemand pourrait jouer un rôle important dans la mesure où il intervient le premier. L'expert français a déjà aidé au tournage d'une fiction au Lycée Ravel et pourrait petre mobilisé particuli"rement en fin de projet. 3 It will be fair using the common Agenda (and to fill it) and also to share phone numbers and all details to be involved in what's app group and facebook networks.
