2 OUTILS DE CONTRÔLE


1. Suivi au fil de l'eau ponctué par une vidéoconférence de synthèse à la fin de chaque phase pédagogique
En plus d'échanges informels sur les réseaux sociaux ou par téléphone entre les porteurs de projet, ceux-ci restent en contact par l'intermédiaire de notes de coordination internationale ; lesquelles sont envoyées par courriel (mais aussi partagées publiquement en ligne car insérées dans le blog Erasmus+ du lycée coordinateur : NBE+).

1. Continuous follow-up, punctuated by a summary videoconference at the end of each phase
In addition to informal exchanges on social networks or by telephone between project leaders, they stay in contact through international coordination notes; which are sent by email (but also shared publicly online because they are inserted in the Erasmus+ blog of the coordinating school: NBE+).



2. Point de contrôle à l'occasion des mobilités
Quatre check points sont implantés, au lendemain de chacun des échange, pour procéder à un rapport d'étape selon la méthode signalée plus haut et pour vérifier l'emploi des subventions reçues.

EXPLANATION:
Changes of the
nature of activities or delays in the agenda and timeline

these activities were not organized to prevent any possible sanitarian problems after the pandemic crisis was just overcame




on the other hand and instead of these workshops, schools have had exchanges and debates on the mobilizations in which they participate, in order to help the weakest populations and to have civic engagement
("Telethon" and the fight against leukodystrophy in France, regular visits to the elderly in Poland, all kinds of events also in Romania and Turkey to show solidarity and empathy towards the people who need it most). Subject A6 was dealt with by the Deputy Mayor (conference and debate on the "rule of law" and European values)

A8 The decision was made not to systematically ask students to complete pre-mobility questionnaires. The comparison between the forms completed before and after each of the LTTs could indeed have become a kind of tool for checking academic progress. However, it is the validation of the increase in skills of learners that we wish to study, and not the restitution of lessons as in traditional apprenticeships. That's the reason why the project holders thought it was more relevant to implement a questionnaire post mobility.

During class inclusions, educational games were created instead of “lessons” using innovative tools such as the “Kanhoot” application. Content related to History and Geography was broadcast during the guided tours even if the school outings were mainly part of a fun approach so that the learners socialized.
