W1 Sustainability and dissemination

A new communication strategy must be applied in parallel the change of topic wich is planned during the last school year. It seems the actual crisis makes indeed newspapers be focused on wars and dramatic events or TV and other medias only dedicated to entertainment.It may be difficult to promote our intellectual outputs and other outcomes due to this complicated context. Two decisions :
1 - try to disseminate all the local workshops to be done in order to study energies of future and the transition so called "Green Deal" by the EU in order to show to the press the link between our project's aims and the questions of Environmental preservation and Sustainability ; report this activities to the IC for an internet valorization by our public website. Deadline : June 2022.
2 - organize one/some transnational debate(s) in the framework of the C3 study travel. Prepare its contents long before and invite medias to showcase and report the performance. Deadline for brainstorming on the necessary progress and orders to be give to pupils : the 23rd of december. Deadline for classroom works before the debates in Riga : the 15th of march.

Ways for the school partners to keep in touch after the end of the partnership seem to be sufficient enough. The Lycée Maurice Ravel hold some eTwinning or prepare applications for some new Erasmus+ KA2 cooperative actions from 2024. These plans were presented during the ERASMUS MOB event. Note also that both the coordination website (made for project holders) and the public portal QUINTESSENCE will stay open for next years. In another hand, almost all the partners present in R3 meeting decided to become a member of the ILARGIA League. This association was created in Saint Jean de Luz in 2018 and its headquarters are at Lycée Maurice Ravel.

suivi et contrôle qualité


Satisfaction questionaires at not the only one tool we can use in order to measure qualitative and quantitative indicators we have designed to check how much the partnership is (or not) a success. The survey made during C1 exchange of students made in France was very positive; we did not redo the same type of forms after C2 but we are planning to ask learners to complete a more global survey during C3 (a form devoted to the entire partnership and looking like more to an investigation made in order the pupils give us ideas for the future).

A draft of the C3 Agenda prepared by the Rigas.Raina was presented.

As students are presumed to produce a common transational narrative from the experience of C3 explorations dedicated to "energy in the future"  but also a bigger graphic novels based on the full programme of the school cooperative works to make in Riga may be too much heavy.
Pupils will be divided in two different teams in order to obtain two sort of intellectual outputs or the novel will be finished after the mobility. Deadline: the brainstorming between project holders must be terminated in January or even earlier.


W0 MULTIPLIER EVENT


After a week partially dedicated to this job in France (ERASMUS MOB from the 10th to the 14th of october) a celebration of the Erasmus programme and a dissemination of the EITA 2022 prize were implemented the 10th of november thanks to lectures and presentation in the framework of the CLUJ-NAPOCA Genius 2022 event co-organized by the colegiul economic "Iulian pop" and the ILARGIA league. All the participants in the eVe+ R3 transnational meeting accepted to be in the symmposium: thanks to all of them!
