reformatting request to
postpone the implementation of our
Quintessence project Deadline (for
transmitting the local declarations of intention to the IC): before the
end of October.
Like the project holders have previously envisaged as a result of
several videconferences they had made earlier, they fixed a new
pedagogical strategy, consisting first to ask for a duration extension
of the eVe+ Erasmus+ partnership.
The maximum possible is only 12 months. That is the reason why, as the
Pandemic is not still totally overcame, teachers wish to implement a
new agenda of tasks and to change the schedule of activities.
The aim is to target the intermediate objectives as soon as possible to
have time enough during the next two school years to totally complete
the project, even if a new stop was imposed to the teams, due to the
Pandemic. Tactic, if one team was unable to take part in a trip, is to
do later these lost mobilities (it can be done joining with more people
another study travel or meeting or implementing some specific meetings). See the

First part of the eVe+ project is dedicated to Natural Forces. It seems
we can achieve all these studies in March, 2021, instead of
stopping it in summer. The first graphic novel edition is maintained as
the main inrtellectual output of C1 study travel (in France) and will
be prepapred by remotely workhops from Christmas.
The second pedagogical phase is focused on Energy production nowadays
and since the Industrial times were beginning. We want to implement it
from March to August and we hope our learners to succesfully end the
studies onthis topic by the making off the secong graphic
novel during C2 mobility - wich would be advanced early in June or even
in May (this trip is planned to be done in Romania).
R2 meeting is to be implemented at the end of June but it could be
delayed a little if necessary, since we let all the last school year
theoretically free for the last (third) pedagogical phase (dedicated to
future and sustainable energies) concretized by the R3 "switch meeting"
in Turkey and the C3 final study travel we'll probably organize in
spring, 2023. See the new

W3 project
management
This
conversation was made do indicate to our friend Cagri (since Cesme
school is a newbie in the Erasmus+ programme) some methods in order to
efficiently use Mobility Tools and other european instruments and we
had a debate abot financial issues. It was complicated to send money
from France to Turkey then to transfer the funds between Turkish
institutions !
Each team is responsible for the management of the EU grants and will
have to give the money back if some of the promised activities or
products are not effectively made during the partnership. It s indeed
very important to implement all the mobilities (or even to involve more
participants than initially promised) and to do all the intellectual
works.

W4 Local Activities and transnational: cooperative
productions to be implemented online in order to prepare the
collaborative tasks during the next mobilities C1 and C2 (the
old
Curriculum was changed) Deadlines
: the IC note about the new local pedagogical plans will be sent before
the 1st of November, the partners' answers shall be welcome before the
8th of November. Some proposals for some "Icebreaker" remote workshops
will be given before the 15th of November. Decisions about the plan to
implement C1 outputs and prepare it must be published before the 10th
of january in order to be immediately appplied. Two
issues were in debate :
- First, the global didactic plan each school has to define and to
apply. Since the resources has eventually changed (not always the same
teachers?) but also the context (not evidently the same pupils?) after
the COVID crisis and last year quarantine periods, it is clearly
appearing that the local curriculum must be redone by each school,
checking what sort of studies can be effectively integrated in the
normal progress of academic teachings. In the case of French School it
is still available to keep the former plan, due to the involvement of a
learners renfort group one year younger that the former target group
was, and easily implicated on the first pedagogic phase's topics. Main
project holders in the other countries must give informations about the
local aggiornamento of their curriculum as soon as possible.
- Second, instructions about the graphic novels to be done by the
learners in the process of C1 and C2 mobilities. This point is linked
to the topics really implemented during lessons by the partners and it
seems necessary the students begin to exchange before the concrete
meetings. Concerning this last aspect, the plan was our students to put
on line some drawings and have debates about (chatting and/or speaking
in remote workshops). Some contests may be organized to stimulate the
interest of learners in the publications. The competition we organize
during R1 to make project holders choose the most expressive new
drawings made in France is a way to involve deeply our pupils.

remote workshop will be sent as soon as all the partners may
involve some of their own students (not the case by now in Latvia) -
perhaps in the same time instructions for C1 wil be edited, but before
Christmas except if it is impossible. The goal is
to bring together in a single drawing the sketches made in December
2020 (using a remote workshop that had become impossible to reproduce
after most of the students had stayed at home for the last year
school!). The harmonization of the drawings made by each partner to
illustrate the four elements (earth in St Jean de Luz, air in Cesme,
fire in Cluj-Napoca and water in Latvia) will make it possible to have
a coat of arms or common weapons.
A detailed methodology to do the job will be imposed to students taking
part in.
